We had the most restful week here! The indoor pool was a perfect spot for a dip, and the on-demand shuttle to downtown made exploring super easy. Loved that the hotel was dog-friendly—can’t wait to bring our furbaby next time!

The breakfast offers plenty of muffins, biscuits, fruit, and eggs. The location is perfect and nice, not far from downtown Asheville and also West Asheville where many bars and restaurants are, Easy to get to the Biltmore, and a Chinese restaurant. Thanks a lot for the stay this time - would return anytime...

The property is just a short shuttle ride away from downtown Asheville, and during my stay, I loved how convenient it was to explore the vibrant local scene filled with breweries, shops, and stunning landmarks like the Basilica of Saint Lawrence, all within a few kilometers, making my weekend strolls enjoyable and stress-free; the friendly staff and clean, modern rooms made me feel right at home, but the unexpected hot water issue was a downside that could use improvement.

Affordable hotel with personable and informative staff and exceptionally good views of the mountains. Incredible location near a shopping complex and easy access to stores and interesting independent stores. Relaxing and ideal rooms, fantastic stay for a good value!

I loved the spacious, immaculate rooms and the delightful breakfast options, featuring warm biscuits, waffles, and a 24-hour coffee bar. The complimentary shuttle to downtown was a surprise treat, making it easy to explore Asheville. The staff was incredibly welcoming, enhancing an already wonderful stay.

They charged us 15 dollars as we don't know what and they would return it to us in a few days...we're still waiting.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We loved visiting the Biltmore for the mansion tours and stunning gardens. Breakfast was great, and the shuttle made getting around easy. Our King Guest Room was super clean, and the staff were helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group trip!
